With a talented and experienced family history in the restoration industry, STOP was first franchised in 1996. In 2008, we began to offer our model to motivated entrepreneurs with no prior experience. STOP combines proven business and marketing systems with top level technical training in the profitable, recession resistant, property restoration industry.

Daily activities consist of marketing and project management. Simple water and mold jobs will be the focus at the beginning. Later, other services such as smoke, fire, biohazard and reconstruction are available to franchisees. Owner/operator to start, but STOP is a “white collar” executive management model in a “blue collar” industry

Seeking candidates that have the desire to build a scalable enterprise and to help others, are both business development and management minded, team builders, and willing to follow a proven model. No prior construction or industry experience needed.

History

STOP Restoration started as a consulting and advisory firm almost 50 years ago guiding carpet cleaners and restoration service businesses. STOP then started bringing entrepreneur thinking people under the same brand and started franchising. Our hallmark remains to be Consulting and Advising our franchisees on a consistent basis.

Training And Support

  • 26+ days (Cumulative) of training in Year 1.
  • 6 Days of Basic Training (3 days classroom; 3 days technical/hand on)
  • 13 days Advanced training over coming 3-6 months
  • 3 STOP conferences lasting 2 days each through out the year. (Business Planning, Marketing, Executive Development)
  • 1 1/2 day online software training
