Training And Support

Support starts the day you are awarded your Rascal House franchise. As a new franchisee, you will receive 6 to 8 weeks of training on every aspect of the business. Training includes operations, administrative/POS, and marketing training for business growth. We have a sincere desire for you to be successful, so ongoing training and support will always be available to you as a member of our franchisee family. Our dedicated support team is here to help, whether it’s technical support, marketing support, ongoing brand research and development, trademark management, or helping you establish a plan to achieve your business goals.

Your field support team will visit your location on a regular basis to assist you on-site with questions, concerns, and to ensure you’re receiving the benefit of the many resources available to help you grow.
