Overview

You want the freedom to live life on your own terms, the ability to work on your own schedule instead of someone else’s and the benefits of a booming industry and recurring revenue model. It’s all possible with MaidPro.

MaidPro truly stands out in the home cleaning industry. We’ve designed proprietary operations software to help you schedule and run your business, integrated a national call center for service scheduling and sales support and built an incredible network of franchisees eager to help each other succeed.

When you own a MaidPro franchise, you become a part of an outstanding family of fellow entrepreneurs and gain all the benefits of a thriving franchise system—including cross promotional opportunities with our sister brands in home services.

By focusing on creative solutions and powerful business models, MaidPro has taken a commanding place within the growing home cleaning segment, and we want savvy business owners like you right here with us.

Why Choose Us?

MaidPro has so much to offer. We’ve thrived during the pandemic and we’re a recession-resilient business. The home cleaning industry allows for plenty of flexibility and far fewer hassles than food service or retail. It’s also an in-demand industry as more and more people are seeking out home cleaning services. Here are a few of the perks of owning a MaidPro franchise:

  • Steady, recurring revenue
  • Pandemic- and recession-resilient
  • No wasted inventory
  • Free nights, weekends
  • Affordable start-up costs
  • A service always in demand
  • Provide a valuable service to your community

We’re also exceptionally supportive for every member of our franchise family.

  • We're Franchisee Friendly – The entire MaidPro franchise family has your back. We’re committed to helping you build the best business possible.
  • We’re Franchisee Flexible – We’ve got exceptional systems, but we’re also willing to listen to our franchisee family.
  • Dynamic Technology – We've created some amazing tools to help you run your business including world-class, proprietary software and marketing materials.
  • Support Tailored Just For You – Every franchisee has different skills and different needs, so we give you the support you need to run your business most effectively.

Franchising with MaidPro is a Real Adventure!

As an added perk, our franchisees can take a yearly adventure trip to an exciting location to build relationships and blow off some steam. It’s another incredible way we connect you with the amazing MaidPro community.

Ideal Candidate

MaidPro is ideal for entrepreneurs eager to lead a team of home cleaning pros and scale a business as far as they can take it. No home cleaning experience is required. All it takes is the drive to succeed, the willingness to work within our proven system and the goal of growing your business for years to come.

A fantastic MaidPro franchisee:

  • Works well with others
  • Has personal conviction and vision
  • Believes in the power of an amazing culture
  • Is open to learning and appreciates new ideas
  • Understands the importance of technology and marketing
  • Enjoys leading a team
  • Knows the benefits of taking risks

History

MaidPro began with two college friends eager to express their entrepreneurial sides. They saw the value of the home cleaning industry and built a business to capitalize on the vast potential.

That was 1991, and our founders have been keeping MaidPro on track ever since. After franchising the concept, growing our roster of MaidPro owners and even adding additional home service brands to the MaidPro family, it’s clear their intuition about home cleaning was spot on. The future looks bright for everyone involved with MaidPro.

Training And Support

From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive training, starting with your very own launch coach who will help you get your MaidPro off the ground. You’ll also receive ongoing support from business and marketing coaches who will help you develop custom business and marketing plans tailored to your local area.

You’ll work with fellow franchisees through peer performance groups to gain valuable insight and information about the MaidPro franchise family, and you’ll have access to top-of-the-line tools, technology and marketing materials to make your MaidPro the best it can be.
