Successful Crestcom franchisees vary in age, experience, and background. To date, they have included executives, sales representatives, attorneys, teachers, retired military, accountants, and entrepreneurs to name a few. Generally, our ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

History

Crestcom was founded in 1987 by Hal Krause and John Krause, brothers with many years of experience at the forefront of the training industry. The company began marketing internationally through franchises and distributors in 1988. Crestcom has undergone significant changes over the past few years. In 2015, Tammy Berberick became the CEO, and since that time, Crestcom has upgraded its technology backbone, product offering, franchisee support, marketing materials, and website. These initiatives have resulted in:

  • Upgraded Internal Resource Portal: Franchisees can track and report sales, access product, operations, and marketing materials, communicate between franchisor and franchisee, and most recently, enroll in facilitation courses.
  • Proprietary Learning Portal: Developed to allow participants to track training progress and to receive micro-learnings to augment their classroom-based training.
  • Increased Brand Exposure: Crestcom has attracted more than 650k followers to the Crestcom Leadership Facebook page and more than 14k on LinkedIn.

Crestcom has expanded its operations to over 60 countries and has provided training in over 20 languages. The organization currently has over 160 franchisees from all over the world. Training And Support

The Crestcom franchise continuous and ongoing support includes:

  • Four Day Boot Camp: Initial training covering the overall business model, including operations, marketing, sales, and more.
  • Sales & Business Coaching: Our operations and coaching staff will guide franchisees in mastering our sales process during their first three months as a franchisee.
  • Facilitation Support: Crestcom provides content demonstrations and monthly support webinars to ensure franchisees are prepared to deliver our leadership programs. No one is an expert nor needs to be one to be successful with Crestcom.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Discover and learn from franchisees with years of experience. Our best practice sharing system allows our network to collaborate with each other in real-time, learning helpful tips and tricks to take their businesses to the next level.
  • Monthly Open-Mic Session: Each month, the network gets together to hear company updates and success stories. It’s also an opportunity for franchisees to learn about the latest developments in product, marketing, and operations.
  • Annual International & Regional Meetings: Annual meetings are held with keynote speakers, awards, and breakout sessions to help our franchisees grow as leaders and grow their businesses. This is a time franchisees from around the world meet together to network and share new ideas.
