Revenue Number - *The number is an historic financial performance representation reflecting the average and median of franchisee sales on an annual basis for the most recent calendar year of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 (the “Included Stores”). For the Included Stores , there are 319 outlets included in the top 1/3, of which 110 (or 34 percent) exceed the average total sales of that group, 318 outlets in the middle 1/3, of which 152 (or 48 percent) exceed the average total sales of that group, and 319 outlets in the lower 1/3, of which 181 (or 57 percent) exceed the average total sales of that group. Out of the 956 total Included Stores, 394 outlets (or 41 percent) exceed the combined average of total sales stated. The information was compiled based on actual reported sales by our existing U.S. Midas Shop outlets during the year 2018 based on monthly sales reports submitted to us by Midas franchisees for the purpose of computing royalty fees.
