For Sellers: We offer, at no advance fee, counseling on business preparation and suggested modifications, so as to expedite the sale process. We provide an evaluation which is prepared in conjunction with the seller's accounting and legal advisors. Thus, there is a "team" approach to help properly and professionally market the business and avoid misunderstandings. We receive our fee only when a closing takes place.
For Buyers we counsel on business availablity and, where appropriate, suitability, financial matters etc., thus helping to have transactions where everyone is smiling at the closing. There are no "winners" and no "losers". We charge no fees to buyers.
