Steven Katz is Director of Health Care Practice Sales and Valuations at Charles wayne properties, Inc.and a Florida Licensed Sales Associate. He has earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University, a Masters in Health Care Administration from Tulane University, a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and achieved Diplomate status to the Board of Governors of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Katz is a Course Director and Academic Faculty Member at Palmer College Chiropractic - Florida. He was also a health care provider for twenty years in private practice. He was in academic health care management at the LSU School of Medicine. He has served as a consultant to doctors as buyers and sellers in the practice acquisition market.
This unique blend of education and field experience will enables him to offer the provide the required skills to guide a motivated buyer and seller to an act of sale.
By producing a reliable assessment of practice reimbursement and operation policies along with accurate valuations of existing practice assets and liabilities the buyers' due diligence process is made more efficient.
