Background:
Gary Johnson holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He is also a Fellow of the IBBA, a distinction awarded to members who have made significant contributions to the Association. He was a member of the Board of Directors from 2001 2007 and was Chairman of the Board in 2006. Gary has attended numerous valuation and tax seminars over the last 30 years dealing with privately held businesses. He is also a charter member of Nation-List International.

Calhoun represents Sellers of businesses in the five states of Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. We assist in the in the planning process in bringing a business to market. During the search process Calhoun develops a prospect list, identifies qualified buyers, determine buyer interest and best matches. Calhoun then assists in the Deal Making process including Buyer meetings, responses to Buyers questions, Negotiations and structuring the sale. We also assist in coordinating due diligence and financing, issue resolution, purchase agreements and Closing.
