We have been selling businesses since 1981 and have sold over 4,000 businesses to date. Our emphasis is on selling businesses. We qualify over 1000 buyers every month to learn their financial and operational capabilities.
For the Buyer who is making the important step of buying a business, we work with the buyer to identify the one that most closely matches their needs. At each step of the process, guidance is given on valuation, structuring the offer, financing sources, due diligence, permit process, etc., through the close.
For the Seller, Business Team works to bring qualified buyers to the table whether they are individuals, corporations or private investment groups. The sale of a business takes planning, even if someone is only giving thought to selling, we should talk. There is no cost or obligation for talking with us about the sale of a business.

Lee Allen has a B.A. Degree from Boston College and did post graduate study at Harvard, Wharton School of Business and Golden Gate University. She has 12 years experience with top management of an international apparel firm and 9 years as owner of a West Coast manufacturing firm. She has been a Business Broker for the past 12 years.
Paul Vas Dinis
Paul has two BS degrees and an MBA degree from CSU Stanislaus. The BS degrees are in Accounting and in Computer Information Systems. He graduated with distinction from the Masters of Business Administration program. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has started several businesses and helped others start their own. He has over 7+ years in finance, working for companies such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. He also has been a business consultant in the areas of accounting, information systems, intellectual property and business structure. Jorge Dinis
Jorge brings 15 years of successful experience in marketing, sales and management to the BTI Team, including award winning restructuring of various departments and making them profitable for a fortune 500 company. In addition, Jorge also brings successful experience in real estate, home mortgages, and in special finance. Roger Teschner
Roger has a B.S. Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He taught high school automotive, woodworking & drafting for 6 years. He also worked for General Motors for 20 years in the Service Technology Group as an Instructor, Program Developer and Training Center Manager. He was Project Director for the Professional Automotive Training Center working with the Central Valley New Car Dealer Association and American River College in Sacramento. He is a Vietnam Veteran-Medical Corpsman.
Steve Clark

Stephen has a BA in Psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Cal State University at Stanislaus. Stephen has owned and operated his own real estate appraisal practice for 17 years. He has appeared in court as an expert witness on valuation related matters and instructed appraisal courses for the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers. He has been a real estate broker for the past 20 years.
