Director of World Wide Technical Support: Responsible for managing a WW Technical Support Organization with locations in the Americas, Europe, Asia (Taiwan, Shanghai, India), and Japan. Specific responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies and processes designed to improve the quality of our customers' technical support experience.

Developed and implemented strategies and processes to improve our customer support offerings. Functional areas directed include semiconductor product applications engineering support, web-based knowledgebase support, Centralized Account Sales Management (Telesales) and sales lead management functions.

. Implemented a global $4M Siebel Call Center solution for our network of worldwide technical support centers, which was deployed in late 2005.
. Successful integration of SDS Support organization in YR03, resulting in dramatically improved customer satisfaction and reduced reliance on SDS developers.
. Co-architected DaVinci ecosystem resulting in comprehensive global support for drivers, codes, Model 0 software.
. Improved our one-day customer case resolution times to 85% by YR04, up from less than 70% in YR00.
. Managed the successful development and deployment of the company's first, web-based, Knowledgebase, designed to facilitate internal knowledge re-use and on-line, customer self-service support
. Developed and implemented a Voice of the Customer Feedback Process that resulted in quarterly customer driven process & product improvements.
. Achieved 92% benchmark customer satisfaction rating for our on-line customer support knowledgebase by YR04, up from less than 65% in YR01.

Regional Sales Manager: Responsible for managing a technical Sales organization focused on securing customer commitments on semiconductor products. Primary customers were Wireless & Telecom account base within the South Central US.

Accomplishments included increasing Digital Signal Processing Design In Life tie Net Revenue by over 150% from 1997 ($95M) to 1998 ($238M) and growing DSPS Design In LNR by over 100% from 1998 to 1999. Also grew regional Rev/RSL by 150% to approximately $80m from 1994-1999.

Technical Sales Representative: Responsible for providing the primary technical customer interface and securing customer commitments on semiconductor products. Also completed a ASIC Design Center Certification and taught ASIC and FPGA design workshops to customers.

Accomplishments include winning design opportunities (DSPS- Digital Signal Processing and ASICs - Application Specific Integrated Circuits) generating over $120 million in program lifetime net revenues.
